Here's what people have to say about working with Kelly ...

It's three days since our coaching session and I'm quite amazed how a simple shift in perspective has enhanced my working day AND my family time in the evenings.  Great discussion, thank you.

It's been interesting working with your concepts regarding the 4 corner stones of health.....  nutrition, exercise, sleep, spirituality...clocking them off has begun to feel like a daily bank deposit!  The biggest surprise so far?  The power of sleep.
 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Yes, you were correct Kelly, communication is a skill, and it is possible to stop interrupting by practicing active listening. I'm writing you at the request of my Wife she also wanted to thank you. Turns out to be a great technique not only for meetings but also for discussions at home.
Hi Kelly, I just wanted to say that I thought our last session was very helpful.
The idea of seeing all of my actions as part of my "successes" was really key.
I have learned that success is every minute I live. It's the process of living.
It's stopping for the moments of beauty, of pleasure, the moments of
peace. Success is not a destination that you ever reach. Success is
the quality of the journey.
I have been working more peacefully and more effectively ever since we talked.
It is like some pressure was released.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Whenever I can get more done and feel more relaxed at the same time, it is good for me and for my work (which is really an expression of my passion). Before I worked with you, Kelly, I was close to burning out. The tension and pressure behind my passion was threatening my wellness and my productivity. Now, with your concept of "inhale / exhale" I am keeping a better rhythm to my life.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
After working with Kelly, I’ve found the skills to assess my sometimes overwhelming schedule, do a reality check, and then bring my life back in balance.  I now feel comfortably entitled to take some time for ME, knowing the rejuvenation of the experience will boost my energy, concentration and my productivity for my work and my play. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
