In order to succeed as as a person, as a husband, wife, friend, parent, and community member ... and as part of the TGE team, you must take care of your most valuable asset - YOUSELF!

Therefore, I have designated and entire section of our wellness site to self-care. There is no one in the world who knows how you really feel, what you really need, and what is going on inside your own skin, better than you do. You must learn to listen to yourself, to your needs.

Here, I will break it down to four key components, or cornerstones. If you implement quality self-care in these areas, you will be at your best. You will be able to do your best for everyone and everything that is important to you.
